I care deeply about higher education and supporting the career success of professionals who create the student experience. I’ve had the honor of partnering in Student Affairs for over 25 years at a diverse array of Universities (Columbia, UC Berkeley, SF State, Stanford, Colgate, and Vanderbilt) and at unique times in their histories. It all begins with you. I provide individualized and interactive support, including meeting your personal, departmental, divisional and institutional needs. I take a strengths-based approach, getting to know you as a professional, but also your personal goals and needs. I take a student and staff-centered approach in all of my work, ensuring we are meeting our mission through the use of language, programs, resources, and opportunities to connect. WHy I do This work?

I know firsthand how difficult it is to maneuver Student Affairs work, addressing campus “crises” while also trying to plan for the future. I want to share my lessons learned and expertise, while also partnering and learning together to best meet your needs as an individual, department, division, and/or institution.
