This network is most suited for mid-level to senior leaders who are either new to their Dean of Students role or aspire to be one in the future.

The Future of Student Affairs New Professional Network

This cohort of new professionals (1-5 years into the field) establishes a network of peers who aspire to be a Dean of Students or Vice President for Student Affairs in the future. Joseph will partner with you, sharing roadmaps to senior leadership roles, key elements of success for these roles, and you will also create a network of colleagues that will remain with you throughout your career.
